I`m setting of at 7pm Friday 21st of June on a joint round with fellow Abbey Runner Alan. Just wondering how many other rounds are setting off that evening.

I'm going clockwise at 6pm; another Round is going at the same time and although we know each other we're not intending to run together; I also met someone on Wuthering Hike who was planning to go in a foursome that night alhough that was in March and I haven't lept in touch. On the longest day of the year with virtually a full moon, clag willing, 21 June was always going to be a popular choice

The dark peak machine goes off at 6.45 so navving shouldn't be a problem.

I know of at least one person from Dallam who is going on 21st June, think she's on for a midnight start but I could be mistaken.

they stay on a 23.30 as far as Wasdale then they go at their own pace with their own pacers

Thats a neat idea! I knew they did a 'mass' effort but no detail. I guess it keeps numbers down on that kind of group attempt too.
