    British & English Championships 2014

I'm hearing rumours of the British championships being a one-off race next year, to be held at Dollar. Not sure of the date but going on the 2013 race it will be held on 5th July.

As for the English, apparently Coniston and Duddon are medium and long counters.

    Anybody else got any details?

    GOOD NEWS!

spill the beans then....I'm going to take a stab in the dark; Long race, either Mourne Peaks or Spegla Skyline...or a completely new race ????

I can't 100% confirm but if it's correct then it's one that hasn't been used as champs since 2008 at least. And safe to say AMEX - we can guarantee another night of fun will be had by all attendees at the pub afterwards - as has been the case for last umpteen races over there!

I've heard Coniston and Ennerdale in the English are pretty much nailed on.

I can confirm I've not been approached about Shutlingsloe. I'm guessing they must be thinking of it for 2015.

I can't understand why you haven't been approached? It's a fantastic course for spectators! Stand at the start and watch the whole race from one spot!
