Wrong link. The original event was cancelled due to crap weather. Correct link below:

Martyn.....yes I'm up for it tomorrow. Was down for the original cancelled event and transferred to tomorrow. Did Hardknot pt and Wrynose both ways from Langdale a few weeks ago and managed without a push but might be more difficult on tired legs. Rain forecasted though. Have a good one

You too. Let's hope the rain isn't too bad.

Well, it wasn't as bad as I'd feared. Rainy to start with, but by the time we were at Eskdale it had more or less stopped, so Hardknott/Wrynose was dry. That's not to say they were easy!! Nearly maxed out HR by the top of Wrynose!

You too, excellent time! I can't say the same, the top hairpin on Hardknott had me off, ****ing thing. I'll crack it next time.

I was determined not to get off this time, failed in the Fred Whitton but that's after a lot more miles beforehand. Took it a bit easier down the valley in readiness and was up out of the saddle early doors !
Did Hardknott and Wrynose from Langdale out and back ( both ways ) earlier in the year without getting off but that was on a hybrid bike with mountainbike gearing. Looking for the next Sportive to do now !
