    Smile Esk Valley Training

As discussed at our AGM this thread is for Eskers who are going to the hills to let people know of their plans and hopefully get more of us running together more often.

To start things off I will be running from Ingleby Cross tomorrow at about 7pm. If anyone can make it let me know.

Back to work on Monday so will be too depressed to move tomorrow night. Is there a club run Tuesday and are you racing Wednesday?

    Re: Esk Valley Training

This thread is for training in addition to the usual club runs on Tuesday.

I can't make race on Wednesday so will be out on Tuesday. This week should be at Swainby but info not on web-site yet. The Scugdale Skyline has been suggested as a possible route if you fancy a long one!

Nice half marathon distance. Gentle run out after your turner landscape battle.

    Re: Esk Valley Training

I was thinking we should change the monthly Ayton run into a high intensity quality session. This run is usually shorter than normal because people want to goto the pub after. Could we not keep it shorter but do hill reps or something similar? Just freshens it up a bit. Then on the other 3 weeks of the month we can do decent longer runs at the other locations?

THink Im just bored with running out of Ayton!

No it's fine. I can make out exactly where you've gone. Hope you can find the way again in the dark!
