Ok folks somewhere after failing to complete St Cuthberts way mountain marathon style I've lost my motivation, this was 2 weeks ago. It's 8:10, I've a free day and I cannot get the motivation together to go out on my bike. If anyone see's my Psych it's generally found in Northumberland, could they post it back....?
You have still got it there somewhere or you would be sitting watching day time tv instead of actively looking for inspirationGet on your bike, its a beautiful day. Feel the breeze in your hair (through your bike helmet) go on lad, bite the bullet and go look for it yourself. Bet you come home with it intact :thumbup:
I don't own .a TV so it makes sitting watching it difficult. I did 40k through South Northumberland, enjoyed the sun but my body felt empty
What stopped you from finishing?
