The race starts from the Green Quarter area of Kentmere. Start etc will be signposted on the night.
Follow the footpath to the Sadgill track and then on to Shipmann Knotts summit. Return same way.
Fairly low key event. All proceeds to Kentmere Institute.
Limited car parking so please car share.

    Thank you.

Great race tonight, proper old school. Thanks to the organisers, the marshalls, and the caterers, the flapjack and tea really hit the spot.
The course was a bit squelchy underfoot, but perfect weather conditions for running.
I was a bit under par with my last competitive race being the Rydal Round, managed to get round in 40.06

    1st Gary Greenhow 34.15
    2nd Francis Blunt 35.42
    3rd John Hooson 36.38
    1st lady Fiona Hughes 39.58

Apologies if names are misspelt, just copying from the RO's sheet.

Great little race last night, bit of everything, the Clayton contingent enjoyed the run out. The registration and presentation location must qualify for one of the best locations for the view over Kentmere. Tea & Cake was great. Will be back next year. Cheers

Brilliant race last night, thanks to all involved. Kentmere valley on a pleasant Tuesday night is an amazing place to be, throw in a fell race and you're in for a proper treat. Good turnout of exactly 50 runners with plenty brews and cakes for the happy runners awards.....beltin night.
