I'm ready for the fun!
See you there.
Looking forward to it. Now I just need to get my Sciatic nerve to stop screaming, and make sure my fractured ankle (from the Highlander) to not collapse. Psych.
Lovely area, can't wait now.

Should be good, as long as 4 weeks is long enough for my broken rib to finishing mending!
Toreador, not sure when you broke it or how badly. I either broke or cracked two ribs on Darren Holloway and managed the SLMM the next week and have run twice a week ever since. Still can't breathe as deeply as I would like but nothing hurts anymore
lots of cocoa mol worked well at first when things were still very sore
What is it with ribs and the RAB? I'm just about recovered from bashing mine too, 3 weeks not running and unable to sleep on one side and another 2 with a horrible cough - really good fun with sore ribs! Still wheezing with any serious effort, so I'll probably be slowing Mrs Stagger down a bit; maybe I should make her carry most of my kit?
about 3 weeks ago now. I'm back climbing again, but only on carefully selected routes! Haven't tried running, but walking downhill hurts (haven't been more than a mile yet).
I'm at the stage where it mostly doesn't hurt, so I forget about it and do something like roll onto that side in bed, at which point I no longer forget about it!
Amazing weather, if a bit hot on Saturday. Great spot to camp, we enjoyed the sunshine and the view sat up against the wall. The night sky was fantastic too, well worth getting up to see.
I've gone off heather and bracken.
How did Forumites get on?
We picked up 3rd Mixed in the short Score rather surprisingly after a slowish first day (ran out of water on the dry barren wasteland between Haystacks and Bleaberry Tarn).
Great weather, great venue (if a bit pathy), great event.
