Black Hill was very wet and muddy last Sunday. God knows what it is lke today.

Thanks guys and thanks to everyone who offered their support. The ground was really soggy which tired us out, and the schedule was optimistic - certainly for me anyway and the main reason we pulled the plug was because we didn't want to leave all our pacers hanging round as we possibly lost even more time. I'm certainly up for another attempt sometime soon. Still - a grand day out, and it least it stayed dry .

Thanks Alf - had a bit of a chinwag tonight and we are all up for another go sometime soon. We are thinking of cutting down on the number of checkpoints to try and minimise the logistics, so that we wouldn't necessarily be obliged to meet scheduled times and to reduce the need for supoort/ pacers - it's just when to fit it in now - I'll let you know.
