    Oooo, me ankles!!!

    Just upped the training for Summer and me ankles are as sore as a very sore thing, particularly at the front where they join to the foot.

    Any suggestions for stretches, strengthening exercises from my more experienced forumites??

    Hi Nelly, I used to be called notonurnelly and was often reffered to as nelly amongst other things.

    Anyhow, Ankles.

    As long as you have not twisted them its probably just the fact that they are getting used to the increased bashing your giving them.

    Mine tend to ache and stiffen particularly after a rocky or long race, but they are fine again the day after that.
