Any news on the Copeland chase this year? Website still showing last year's event. Would like to tag it on after Dunnerdale!

Believed to be going ahead and in Eskdale using an extended and updated map on good technical terrain. Can't confirm that unless I see the organiser this weekend but I think it will be one of the best areas used for a while.
excellent, thanks very much for the info, sounds great (and a lot like Dalegarth way?)

Maybe he was listening in - just received this from John:
Copeland Chase 2013 – A return to Eskdale - 10th November 2013
Last visited in 2009 for the Chase, the north side of this beautiful valley is the venue for this years event. Once again using the Eskdale Tarns map but starting from high up remote Miterdale and promising some fast running and testing open fell terrain.
Usual format of 20k, 15k and 10k courses, with a pre-marked map, SI electronic timing and punching and tea and cake after your run.
Unfortunately after 6 years we've had to increase the price to £9 (£2 discount for BOF members) due to changes in the BOF event charging structure.
Parking will be signed from GR NY135002 (Eskdale Green) and will be on forest roads.
