    Trigger

    Just been checking out Nicky Spinks blog and found details of a classic Winter Pennine crossing race. Looks like a cross country north south blast over the Dark peak. Bring it on!

    last leg will be tough over kinder, its a long way from snake summit lots of possible route choices

    I love the way the similar threads box at the bottom has selected "piriform trigger point injury" as the most relevant - is my browser trying to tell me something? Will be there if not skiing.....or maybe be there AND skiing :w00t:

    Just been looking at it on the map and it will be nice to visit a bit of Kinder I haven't run on before
