Apols to any runners that got too near to me when I wasn't too quick getting off the bike and walking/running (?) with it......didn't really try to skewer you with my bike for getting too close honest.

Are you referring to the fact that i said to you (and her) that it was nicer to follow hers most of the way round rather your's, a factual statement if ever there was one - what of it?
Are you trying to detract from the fact that though you claim to be a former cyclists neither of you were brave enough to enter on cross bikes! (I know you have one and that Fraser has a bike walk agreement with Millipede, she owns it but he takes it out for her).
