JJ, Sparth found a £60 easyjet return flight from Liverpool to Basle and from there you can drive to Austria. The price seems to go up a bit as each person books.

Thanks for that. What do we do about accomodation? In Switzerland last year, the organisers sorted it all out.

Sparth's mum (our ladies coach) and Sparth have done all the hard work on this.

But I think you have to arrange your own accomodation. About 10 of us are staying in a spa hotel with good facilities - it looks great. I think Sparth senior negotiated a fantastic deal, something like £80 each for 4 nights. They didn't even ask for a deposit. It may be full but it would be good if you abd Chris can get something nearby.

i think the last up date was that particular hotel was full - there is a link to local tourism office under lodgings on the official web site- hope your german/austrian is good

then its approx 2.5 hours by car to bludenz from basel - looks like car hire is around £100 for 4 days- absolute bargain except you have to do 9km uphill race
