    New Year's Resolutions

What are your New Year's Resolutions for 2014?

Mine is fairly simple; just to complete a triathlon. Sounds easy but I could only just manage a length of front crawl a month or two back so still a way to go.

I'm sure you good people have got much more interesting ones, so what are they?

Not to let work take over my life again like it has this year.

Of the back of that I'm hoping my health improves and therefore I can do more sporty stuff again. Please please please please................

For the 3rd year in a row, I've been injured over Christmas. Each time its due to my IT bands.

My resolution is to work has on the rehab exercises and keep them up. I always set off meaning well and then cave in and get bored after a week or two.

I HAVE to do them or I'm never going to achieve when I want to.

A tenner says you won't stick to that one.

I made a new year's resolution a few years back to stop making new year's resolutions. And I've stuck to it. I think the main problem is that I could never think of anything that I'd be sure wouldn't become out of date after 6 months.
