    Right then.

    January off the booze, etc etc etc.

    Finish my summer ML. If I get through, start the winter ML.

    (Re)Learn to properly navigate properly.

    Get a kit van for the highlands.

    Run more.

    Make more effort with other people.

    Jan - No booze, LSD or magic mushrooms..

    Be consistent with my training.

    Be more prepared with food and drinks.

    Never do New Years resolutions, just do resolutions all the time anyway, push yourself on but don't punish yourself for failure, its all part of the fun. My fun this year includes L100 and my balance is not to have too many w/e's away training, Mrs K says so :-)

    Just completed my one for 2013. Ran a thousand miles over t'moors. next year I will try the same.

    Have a year without any health issues, due one after last couple of years!!!
    Find a new job!!!!
    Then.....
    Keep on exercising and hopefully run more than 5k!!
