A great twisty turny mix of flat and undulating parkland terrain with the liklihood of some mud and proper running and, of course, the notorious "Hill 60" (so named because thats the angle its supposed to be at!) all in very nice surroundings. After the excellent event at Heaton Park last year the stage should be set for another classic northern champs!
Sorry - but there's no place like home!

Chaddy was seen running last Saturday morning at about 9:50am by the M60 at Stretford/Sale - maybe should come and train with us on a Saturday morning whilst getting fit again?
Hope you're fit for the Cross Country M8...

If he was running on the M60, maybe his car had broken down?

Anyone any updates on venue for the National XC relays?
