I've not long been on this medium and not sure how safe from "the man" it is so I'm going to be a good boy from now on and promise not to upset any sensitive souls that might be reading this.I will say however that my new club vest makes me look even fatter than the old one.

Yeah probably have a bash at em.I reckon the bofras are best racing there is.I'm doing a lot of long uns though this year too including the Calderdale way ultra so speed might suffer a bit on the short fast uns.loads of little niggles at moment I need to get sorted too.one of the main reasons I martyred myself from cv was because none of em used to turn up at bofra races where as my new club turn up having the crack on mass.
