Very nice descent, although took me a while to get going after the turn at the trig point into a Force 8, good variety of underfoot conditions, well done Steve and the Couriers. I have put up photos I took of the results board on the link to my club's site where you linked to the map above.
Nice to see the pub making us very welcome and the landowner being very keen on the race.
Good detective work re the results. I finished a second or two behind Katie in 34:31 and therefore claim 30th place.

I'm fairly new to fell running so don't really know anyone. Came 26th, though, so pleased with that.....Hopefully bump into you at some point...slowly putting faces to south wales forumites
