    Exclamation Dark Peak BG weekend

    Went up for the annual jolly and had a good time as usual. Decided to miss the night section out this year and join in at Wasdale (clockwise). Three contenders made it, some didn't. Anyone thinking of trying might like to see the attached instructional videos. A great day's sport!

    im hoping to join pennine to get some valuble experience
    im going to ditch all my commitments with ilkeston and concentrate fully on long long days on the fells and the BG
    navigation is my downfall thats why i need help.

    That gives us both some time to get some training in and experince on the fells, my navigation lets me down but im just to afraid to try to navigate
    I am gonna have a crack at a BG but when im about 24
    The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

    Jeez I'm glad i didn;t look at those beforehand - it really captures that leg four feeling, esp the slurred speech and apparent disinterest in anything.

    I love the comments next to the videos. Did anyone get a tattoo then? Perhaps there should be a BGR tattoo a la ironman. Actually, perhaps not.
