School boy error Sunday just gone. Put my car key in the same pocket as my waterproof jacket. The snow and hail came down, out came my jacket and away went my key!

Location (approx): Somewhere between Charnel Stones and Chew Reservoir at Dove Stone reservoir, Greenfield, Saddleworth.

Black and chrome Volkswagen flip out type key.

Doubt it will ever be found, as the weather was the worst I've ever seen up there - the peat was knee deep in places.

Reported to Oldham police station and usually a lot of walkers up that way. You never know.
