Evening all!

As you can tell I haven't posted much on here, but I've been running off road for a few years now and enjoyed my first 'proper' fell race last weekend o'er Pendle Hill. Totally hooked and hungry for more!

So, my first query on here since registering....

I have a bunion on one of my feet, which in itself gives no ails, other than getting a blister on the underside whilst running, typically on the stonier of terrains. I'm yet to work out if this is a result of impact from the terrain (narrow shoe, minimal support, bunion hanging over), heat / friction and/or slighty tighter shoe box (X-Talons). Until I suss this out, does anyone have any tips and tricks on blister prevention??

Any thoughts gratefully received

Mart.
