Is it to early to plug this race

Saturday 18th August - Bold Venture Park Darwen - 2.30pm

3.7 miles, with 930 feet of climb

Also Junior Races with Prizes for U14, U12, U10 & U8

All the trophies are back (almost)
The prizes are mounting up.
The sponsor is promising something different to T-Shirts and Mugs.
We clash with an English championship race - Weasdale Horseshoe
Our neighbouring/supporting club Lostock are all away on a camping trip.
Its Sedbergh Hills the following day.

Am I going to be the only runner that day

There is a juniors race also, I'll get the details of that but last year we had 3 junior age categories.

Make sure the marshal at the top gate of the park has seen the map Jamie. Last year he sent us down to the right instead of the left. The map shows clearly that we go back down the same way we came up.
Hope you are keeping that change at the road crossing that you made last year. Those steps are lethal if it's wet.
