Not me - 'twas Mick Tor, I believe, who's responsible for this most dubious of finds.

I wouldn't mind seeing that to be honest. It must have cost a fortune in CGI to remove all the cars and cyclists from Winnats Pass.

I heard about it down the boozer. It's a true story, so no more headtorch runs over Bleaklow for me!

This is probably connected to the Edale Mountain Rescue Incident 93.

"Called to assist Glossop MRT with an ongoing search on Bleaklow. A party of 18 doing some filming at an aircraft wreck had split up and becoming lost whilst trying to make their way off the hill in the mist. The various groups were eventually located and escorted off the hill" (18/10/2013 19:00)

I like the way they go up Winnats to get to the old mines road below Mam Tor set off and get to Bleaklow..?

It's like In Robin Hood where they come ashore at Dover, then they are on Hadrian's wall, steal the horses and ride off over Stanage

Let Dark Peak produce the likes of Jamaica Inn, the audience north of Watford will be able to understand every word.
