If you are not racing on a sunday, you get out and do a long run. Thats what sundays are invented for. Get up, cup of tea and packet of buscuits, put on the Puma Trail Fox and hit the moors for 90 minutes plus. Thats what I have just done with Bone. Now get to spend the day ready mags, surfing internet and going to the AAA's. Can't think of a better way to waste a day.So Daz, I suggest you leave the Sunday Times till after a bloody good long run.

I dont race these days so I enjoy training on a Sunday.
However, my neighbour, a decent triathlete in his time, talked me into going spinning with him this morning - so I did that for almost an hour and then ran part way back home to warm down.
Thoroughly enjoyed it.
ps..daz..I LOVE running with my mp3 ppayer, but remember THAT accident i had just over a year ago - I had my headphones on that day.

The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running
I did a recce of the Worsley Trail Race course this morning (good course) and i've just had 3 sausage, 3 bacon, 2 eggs, mushrooms, 2 fried bread, brown sauce 4 toast and a big mug of sweet tea. I love Sundays.
