    What you do daz, is wake up at 6-30am, ponder what training to do for 30 mins and then decide you need to race anyway. So off you trot on a 280 mile round trip to run the James Herriott Trail race.......

    Works for me!

    nice run on the moors with rr
    a few pints in the pub followed by a pub meal
    watch the athletics and relax for the rest of the evening
    A perfect sunday

    just name the day , although im a bit on the rusty side moo , i sometimes have to wind my key up now im past 35
