well i found myself bloody going to quick for a start off, felt knackered half way through creek alley . ive found that i can use the push in ear plugs and they work.
def didnt notice any wildlife at all and i was a bit worried on the one bit of road section that i do on this run
i think i pods could be dangerous near roads
prob just run once a week with it on
i wonder if moo could do me a cd with some nice kind words on it like come on daz pick up the pace .
