Think you said 5th? I surpassed myself on the last downhill!!

No idea if Dave Denton reads the forum, but his races are always good fun to run. Turn up, chat to whoever's about, pay 3 quid, race, chat to whoever's about. No hassle fell running - what it should be about!

Well done to OHW - and anyone else who ran tonight!

yeah dave denton has organised thousands of races over the years and i hope when he finally thinks of slowing down that some of the local runners take on the races and stuff.
lots of runners around here wouldnt have had there first taste of fell running if it wasnt for dave

That's true, my first fell race was one of Dave's at the start of this year.

Nice one Daz - well done.

Also, well done Dominion - just behind Matthew Webster - he's the topless chap with the Union Jack shorts isn't he? Decent runner & always good to have a chat with him at local races.

    Re: chevin hill race milford

I lived in Milford for three years before moved up to Yorkshire and would have loved to have come to do race. I did Ambergate Woods / Shining Cliff last January and as everyone says David organizes a good do. Did anyone go to Holly Bush at Makeney? Top-rated real-ale pub with Pedigree jugged up from cellar. What I think is Chevin fell-race course is a good challenge on a mountain bike!
