I suppose you could have a search on Strava and add a comment to any useful activities to ask the owner to send you a GPX export.
Phil, get the Harveys PB route map. It's pretty accurate. That's all I used when I was recceing last month, I had a OS 1:25 in my bag but never needed it. Good luck with the recce!
I have gpx files for legs 1,2,3 and 4,5 I found on the internet recently from a successful round. Can't remember the source or persons name. I'll email them to you.

Not got a track log but note that Harvey's map referred to below shows route up SW spur of Pen yrOle Wen, when I think some/many take E ridge (see older post). As in my recent post I'm ending for end of June/start of July
