    "On the Run"

    Not sure if this has already been seen here, but I recently spotted this great little documentary from NZ of Arthur Lydiard & some of his students back in 1979. Features some top hill running, minimalist shoes, bad haircuts, fence bounding & sheep worrying...& well worth watching for the final scree descent, alone!
