    Cheers Dashers.
    Thoroughly enjoyed it again today.
Lack of training meant I approached it with a degree of caution and my usual poor ascending skills were even worse than normal today.
But I did manage to pull a bit back in the second half from the top of Jacob's as my descending seemed to be pretty good.
Only very slight pain in the knee, so a little ice and a couple of ibuprofen, rest day tomorrow and hopefully I'll be ready to run again Tuesday
Then maybe Marl Pits next Saturday

Actually I'm not sure runner #21 is me. He's got grey hair!

    2017 results

    http://www.ukresults.net/2017/staff.html

110 raced and finished, numbers up on last year despite the freezing cold conditions.

Well done to all who ran & many thanks to Leanne and the Dashers team for organising, marshalling and letting us have a race!
