    Anyone for Pilates?

Had my first Pilates lesson t'other night, and I must say I was pretty impressed.
I'm hoping it will help get rid of niggly pains through its strengthening and balancing exercises, and I also found it quite relaxing; surprised at the level of concentration required, but I think it's definitely going to help.
    -anyone else doing it?

Me too, been to 2 classes so far, really enjoyed it, hoping it will help with flexibility and core and less chance of niggling injuries

Do you do any Pilates at home, between classes? I'm trying to do a bit every day, focusing on flute stuff.

No not yet but will do once I master all the moves, have always (got away with it) been a bit lazy with stretching etc, but think if you want to keep running into say V60, its just as important as banging out the miles, have so far managed to remain continent during the class!
