Wot no Fellsman???

I'm looking at doing a recce on Sunday as part of a long, steady day. Thinking Kettlewell > Old Cote Moor Top > Buckden > rest of Fellsman route to finish > maybe Dales Way or jaunt over Malham Moor back to Kettlewell.

Would happily team up for a full recce from Fleet Moss to end.
Have car and sense of humour.
I ain't fast but I'm steady.

I'm running the Trollers Trot tomorrow now, so won't be running Sunday as well. I feel a camping trip to the Dales coming on for the Easter weekend instead. Just got to convince the family it's just what they wanted to do...

Dave, you might not remember me but we were grouped together on the 2012 Fellsman (what a laugh eh?). If you fancy a Fleet Moss recce I was going to have a look at it on the 22nd?

I could possibly make a fleet moss to Kettlewell recce on 22nd March (via Fleet Moss, Middle Tongue, Cray, Buckden Pike and Great Whernside) if anyone's up for it. Not around at Easter though. Hester can hopefully come too

My Fellsman booklet arrived this morning - Entrant Number 216! Reading the rules through it looks like I've got to take two OS maps, as copies won't pass the kitcheck. Does anyone know how strict they are about this? Will they accept good quality full colour full scale printed copies of the relevant bits of map? If not, will they accept cut down OS maps? If they won't, I guess I'll be cutting my maps up into manageable sections & stuffing the useless bits into the bottom of my bag.
