Rob is going well, tracker is not working, conditions were really windy up on Skiddaw but he left Threlkeld 7 mins up on schedule and was looking good.

Ah, I woke up and was puzzled by Rob's tracker - it looked like it might have shown d the car journey from the cottage! It feels windy enough down in the valley so it must be bloomin strong up high.

Looks like robs tracker was triggered at Threlkeld so it assumed he finished when he got to Keswick ( I think that's right). Same thing happened to me. I think james needs to re-trigger it.

Yep darn it.. it did trigger Thelkeld. I've reset it now - bah humbug. I've asked rob to make it that all CP's are checked before that process is invoked. Brrr. its working fine now.

I'm reluctant to ask people to only switch them on at the start as some get out of the car and run - AND forget. We have also sent in the past switched on to prevent the issue of people forgetting to power them up.

I am just back in from running leg 1 with Rob, as Norseman says it was very windy on top of Skiddaw but it now seems to be dying down a bit. Rob is going well.

If anyone knows Bob's exact start time / time at Thelkeld I can manually add these - let us know.
