Living in Ascot I am not sure that I have a "buff" (if that is the correct and rather outré term) but my milliner has always provided me with the most delightful fascinators that have always passed the dress (I presume that is what you people mean by "kit"?) code in the most elevated - such as the Scafell Pike Summer Ball - events.
