bg support for 3/4 july

I've been running around the lakes for a while I guess my time has come to give this a go after having to change date several times getting to a level that I have felt I needed to get to I have supported quite a few rounds now I need to ask for fell and road support I do also have another date set also which is 8/9 August which if successful in July I will still run in August but a,c I am leaving moot hall at 11pm on the 3rd

Hello Roy, I should be able to do a leg 3/4 July. Not very fit at moment though (long lay off) so don't put me down for leg 1 (or 2 if any quicker than 23hr). Should be ok for 4 or 5 though. Can definitely do the August date and will have a chance to get fit for that. Let me know your schedule and rest of plans
