Did some decent running over Christmas in Devon at the in-laws and carried on through January. Lost all momentum in early February and back to fat and miserable again now
There's no way I'd have got round the Hobble in a respectable time yesterday and a five mile hilly road run was very hard. Back out again today. Upwards and onwards
