    More Mile Cheviot 3

Latest version of this budget mud plugger seems to have finally nailed it. Same super grippy long lasting sole now joined to redesigned uppers with shear resistant material and sealed tongue. Looks the biz and in use are awesome...great value for £35!.

And here they are in action...Cribyn Race. Fantastic day! Photo by Crispin Flowers. There are some crackers on the race website.

That's interesting. I've had two pairs where the sole and the upper have parted company rather suddenly. Fortunately, each time I wasn't that far from the end of my run/walk. Might try another pair then.

yep the main complaint about the Cheviots is their disintergratability - let us know how they are after 150 miles or so.

That said I've had some sole-separation issues with Inov8s of late...

I ordered a pair and they said I should order half a size bigger. I of course ignored this advice because I know better than them despite not having seen the shoes. When they arrived, they were too tight. I would advise others to learn from my stupidity.

I've got a 30% off voucher for more mile, and will be ordering some of these later. If anyone in the Sheffield area wants to join me in ordering some (and thus get the order over the free postage level) let me know.

Noel, did you order based on UK size or euro? I'm usually a size 9 or 44, but they say a 44 is equivalent to a 10.
