    What's everyones training like? Due to being out for ages in currently getting run fit with just one day out on kinder every fortnight. In new year will increase the ascent and descent

    i'll definitely be giving you a call si- would be great to have you and carol along
    training wise my plan is to have a bit of a break after a lot of running recently by only getting out once a week at the moment with some HPM hopefuls. will then start ramping up training over christmas.

    I had a go last summer, but came to a shuddering halt at Honister with a bad knee. Most of my training was on Kinder, done the complete Kinder dozen four times. I had a couple of visits to the lakes as well. One weekend I done 3/4 on saturday (stayed at Honister YHA), then 5/1/2 on Sunday
