Not helped too much mate. We didnt get to pick which leg we preferred and i am on either leg 1 or 6Leg 3 if your a good man going up. Just under 5 mile but no hassle with cars, you just turn and run back to your own and you can get a shower in the swimming baths where you start from.
Leg 4 if you like rougher off road 1 good down and 2 good ups. 9.25 mile you will get wet and you need to learn the moors for if the clags down.
Avoid leg 6 its a road event.
Avoid leg 1 too many folk and too early in the morning.
