    er ad luv to but am goin leeds fest I did 16 40summat last year you think youll do it? injury permitting, oh an its good to see king lew racin again. ha ha

    I was ahead of him, then went through death and he overtook me, then I came back and caught him. I did him and Andy B good and proper on that rough descent over the tussoks but they both caught me in the final run in. It was an honour to be beaten by him, but I guess there will be a lot of rossy lads tying to claim his scalp.

    Unbandaged it today, but there was still fresh blood present so I will leave it till Saturday. I think it's going to take a while to get full movement back in the leg though. While the bandages were of, I tried to bend my leg but only managed about a cm after about 10 mins of trying.

    It's a bummer, as you start to loose fitness after a week too.

    Looks like no Burnsall (FRA version) or Grasmere for me this year.
