Further to the above, the A444/A42/M42 development is 'A new high-quality employment park for North West Leicestershire', on 238 acres of agricultural land that could result in up to 3400 jobs.

So there's all that derelict coal-mining land a few miles to the north, and they have to plonk it on agricultural land, well away from any railways so that all the transport will have to be by car and lorry. The planners have lost the plot yet again.
