So there's all that derelict coal-mining land a few miles to the north, and they have to plonk it on agricultural land, well away from any railways so that all the transport will have to be by car and lorry. The planners have lost the plot yet again.

Nice to see the Brexiters sticking to their guns.
That's about £4billion in tax he's taking with him.

The Brexit related comment that has always tickled me is the one from the irrepressible Arthur Daley back in the late 70's / early 80's:- "What your average British businessman does not appear to understand is that Europe is full of foreigners with no sense of fair play!"
I was a bit of an oddball until I was abducted by aliens; but I'm perfectly OK now!

Country will be better without Europe.

Less silly laws and time to make Britain Great again.

He's gone to somewhere that is not a member of the EU but participates in some EU policies that suits its cause.

Sounds a sensible arrangement to me.

That's what I would have hoped Staggs but it's not likely with Boris at the helm. Just look at Covid.

That's going to make the extra half an hour or so queuing at passport control when travelling to and from the EU so worthwhile.....

Mind you, when Scotland and Northern Ireland inevitably now leave the union, maybe you'll have to change the colour again? To white with the cross of St George maybe?

What a tiny, small minded country we have become
