I'm afraid you'll have to count me out guys and gals. I had a bit of a mishap while out running this morning. I wasn't really looking where I was going, got stuck in a bog and to get out I had no option but to amputate one of my legs with the nail clippers I luckily had on me.
I reckon I'll be slowing you down too much on Tuesday. Have a good run anyway!
