    T-shirts / summer tops

I've been running for a while now but have recently started doing longer distances with a pack. I find that my t-shirt tends to ride up with the pack and I'm always having to pull it down which is quite annoying.

What do people tend to wear for summer running in the mountains with a pack?

I have in the past pinned my top to my shorts to avoid the back rub - but tend to just take it now.

I have come to the conclusion that I should probably invest in some better tops/shorts for longer running to avoid rubbing; Decathlon cheapie not quite as comfy as they used to be!

I get annoyed by that same problem!
Tucking my T-shirt into my shorts tend to prevent it though.

Ba-ba that's exactly my thinking. Maybe I should stop using those "free" shirts I've got from races and actually buy decent kit.

I've never scrimped on shoes, socks and other essentials so why scrimp on a shirt?

Any thoughts on the skin tight/compression shirts for longer runs?
