Got a big 'Aaahh!' from MrsS when we saw this on twitter yesterday. I was far more impressed with Ricky's mountain goat-like agility from the shots looking down some of the gulleys and, having done some scrambling around that area myself in the past, I don't think I fancy going back and doing it one-handed with a lamb in the other. Chapeau Mr Lightfoot!

I wonder if one of those ewes at the end of the vid was the lamb's mother?
For a happy ending it would've been nice to finish off with a suckling lamb.

Nice little video. I like the bit where he gets the stones out of his shoes and the lamb waits for him. I dont think I'd ever have the chance of waiting for Ricky in a race.......
Anyone reckon he was out reccying an alternative route off gable for the Borrowdale race ;-)
