Sorry for being a bit slow, but can some one explain the junior results?

yes , i enjoyed this race apart from going a**e over tit at about 3 miles. a lot of queuing at the first hill but i suppose that means getting near the front which is a bit beyond me.
did Austwick Amble yesterday as well so cant walk now!!!

Any results from Austwick Amble yet? I did this one and thoroughly enjoyed it! Well the downhill bits anyway.

    Hi MfDM,

Note from your Avatar that you were a Pro Cyclist 20 years ago. Who did you ride for and were you a roadie or one of those "Hairy Legged MTB'ers".

I used to ride a bike and find that lot's of other Fellrunners either used to or still do ride bikes.
