I will be as long as Chipping is OK for me tomorrow. It's a fun race - great woodland trail running and hats off to Blackburn Road Runners for starting this up again which was last run in 2004.

Nice hilly course, loved it. 1st top 10 finish for quite a while so pleased with run.

Enjoyed it as well Ady - not quite top 10 though!

Felt Chipping and Sedbergh in my legs up the main drag, but came down well enough and picked up about 5 places from the top.

Just a bit of easy flat mileage I think for a few days now.

Yep, I did this as well (fat boy, somewhere behind Ady). I really enjoyed it, it's not often you get the chance to run hilly courses, entirely through pleasant woodland. The organisation was great as well, with nearly as many marshals as runners, and all giving encouragement.

Just wish I knew where the finish was, that run in went on for ever.

Tell me about it, I felt like throwing up along that path. I like to be able to see the finish so I can pace my run in but when you don't know where it is it's not good - I half expected another lap of the track!
