If he gets round quick then he'll be just in time for the dinner

I'd heard he was starting at 6.30pm so that he could get the whole thing done in the dark.
In his lifetime he suffered from unreality, as do so many Englishmen.

It would make a fitting place to announce a new record...

An "all darker" record followed by a steady recovery jog over to the dinner would make for a decent run out . . .

If he was going for the record he would have done it during early summer whilst the ground is dryer and less vegetation to contend with.
If he's gonna do it this year then I reckon he'll wait until the shortest day, Dec 23?, and blast round then.

The way some folks see him, the guy already walk's on water.

I think he will now wait for the Dark Peak train to go round and tag on with them

Useful if he decides to do a Frog Graham.

LOL...he'd be most welcometo come along and support some one, we don't take first time timers on to do a BG, they have to show commitment by supporting first..
Interestingly one of the contenders for DP 2018 BG is a salomon sponsored athlete..I'll leave it there???
