Wheezing, I have black Running Bear socks too. Yiannis used to have (and might well still have) wonderful chocolate brown ones! iirc both Stef and I wore RBs on our wedding day. Stef’s were sky blue, borrowed from me

The going along the canal on Sunday was very muddy. Cross Country this weekend could be interesting.
In 30 years that I have lived in Loughborough, I can't remember the paths that I run on ever having as much mud and standing water as now. Still, it feels great to be out running after two and a half weeks off with a calf strain.
