Last long run yesterday morning (at 5:30, per usual).
I did exactly a third of the RR distance, and I'm knack'd! Doesn't bode well.

last long run ?. its two weeks away yet,loads of time for a couple more .get ye self over to east yorks for the rudolphs romp a good warm up the week before RR.

I'm slightly concerned that everyone seems to have done their last long run before this event.

I have had a big day in Wales planned for ages for this coming weekend and dont really want to let this guy down.

I'll be reit wont I, I'll just have a very easy week after Saturday.

You'll be sorted....we ain't gonna be running at any kinda pace, my longest run since end of sept has comprised of pendle full tour.
So roth will be just a slow trot and make sure to eat ya food on the way round.

Im running this weekend on the Carneddau range. Very excited never ran in Wales before. Has anyone any insight into what this area is like?
